About

I graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology with a Bachelors in Engineering Physics. I beleive that simple innovations in design, technology and the application of technology can be harnessed to build powerful ecosystems. I love to build things and am interested in developing the tools and devices that mediate the flow of information form the physical  to the digital through sensors and interfaces and back to the physical realm through actuators, digital fabrication and feedback. I want to explore the effect the changes in such an ecosystem have on our own creativity, productivity and interactions.

I see my self as an engieer, designer and hardware hacker trying to effect this ecosystem one small innovation at a time. Down my career, I aspire to be an entrepreneur, building technologies that would seamlessly bridge the divide between the digital and the physical realms through working at the confluence of Science, Engineering and Design.

I am currently working for the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design (CIID) as  Research Associate in the “Frugal Digital” group where I am designing and building the tools to solve problems in healthcare, agriculture and information access in low-resource communities.
